I’m Annabelle Webb. I'm a Fan Experience Designer passionate about creating memorable fan and guest experiences. I design experiences that connect people, services, and brands. My work combines service design, customer experience strategy, brand development, and emerging technologies to create systems that improve engagement, strengthen communities, and deliver business value.

My background spans product design, design research, facilitation, and systems thinking. Through my master's degree in Design Innovation and Service Design at the Glasgow School of Art (Global top 10 in Design Education)  and industry experience with PlayCore (PlayCore is a leading North American designer, manufacturer, and marketer of a broad range of commercial playground, park, recreation, and specialty fitness products and accessories )and Frog Golf Club, I've worked on projects that improve experiences across physical spaces, services, and communities.

I'm particularly interested in how sports, entertainment, and public spaces can create meaningful experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and connection.

Currently seeking opportunities in Fan Experience, Guest Experience, Service Design, Customer Experience, and Experience Strategy.
